EMBODIED FLOW
A Somatic movement and matcha making experience.
September 27 / 10 AM - 12:00
“Embodied Flow” is designed to give people practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and intentional living. Through guided somatic movement, integrative wellness teachings, and the beauty of shared ritual (including a matcha-making ceremony), this experience invites people to slow down, come back into their bodies, and reconnect with themselves while being surrounded by a like-minded community in TODA’s immersive visual world.

Experience Overview
Somatic Movement Journey (45 mins)
A guided session combining yoga-inspired postures and contemporary dance principles, rooted
in somatic therapy techniques. This movement is accessible to all and designed to help
participants release tension, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate internal balance.
2. Empowerment Talk: The Art of Self-Regulation plus Q&A (20 mins)
Building sustainable habits for emotional well-being
3. Matcha Ritual & Community Connection (20 mins)
We close with a matcha-making experience — a grounding and nourishing

In today’s fast-paced and often dysregulated world, many people struggle with anxiety,
disconnection from their bodies, and the lack of daily practices that foster emotional balance
